Andy has broad and significant field experience and expertise in managing multifaceted construction and manufacturing projects.  Previously with Jacobs Engineering, he  served as Operations Manager on multiple projects across the USA, Canada and Mexico.  A Jack-of-all-trades, he is an exceptional solution-oriented strategist focused on efficiency, resourcefulness and safety.

Jeanine Gould
Vice President Customer Service
Born and raised in the Black Hills, Jeanine has been with Pacer Corporation 38 years.  With experience in almost every aspect of Pacer Corporation – from rock picking to human resources to 10 years in sales – her expertise in Customer Service and solution-oriented collabortion is valuable and applied daily to customer needs.

Pat Zeimet
Mica Plant Manager
Pat has been with Pacer for over 19 years and in addition to his duties as Mica Plant Manager, he is the Quality Assurance Manager and the Safety Director.  He played a significant role in the designing and implementing of the new plant that opened in 2005 and has a lifetime experience with local ore bodies.  He is committed to excellence in all aspects of production, delivery, quality control and safety.   Pat was born and raised in the Black Hills and is a fourth generation rancher in the Pringle, SD area, the elk capitol of South Dakota.

Frank Sutterfield
Feldspar Plant Manager
Responsible for all aspects of the Feldspar Plant operations the last 11 years, Frank has been with Pacer for over 33 years.  Specializing exclusively in Feldspar ore and processing,  Frank is an expert in all aspects of efficient processing from hand-picked ore quality to grinding to chemical testing to maintenance of a delicately balanced plant.  He is rightfully proud of his next to zero ore waste production at the plant.   Frank is a long time resident of Custer and the Black Hills area, an antique auto owner and a veteran of the US Army.

Karen Schleining
Office Manager
Karen Schleining has been with Pacer for 29 years. She is the Accounting and Financial Manager for the company and oversees an efficient and main office.
